About Emily
I am a socially-engaged multi-hyphenate video professional with a flair for creative project management. I recently was afforded the opportunity to produce and lead the fundraising team for the queer rom com short, Plus 1s, which premiered at the 2023 Roxbury International Film Festival after a successful crowd-funding effort to sponsor the film. I aspire to produce more short films that center stories underrepresented narratives and characters.
I also work on film and TV sets as an Assistant Director where I strive to set a positive and purposeful tone on set so we can make great art (and our day!). I am experienced in SAG paperwork and talent management, ensuring my director never has to sweat the other stuff.
As a commercial video producer and content creator, I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands such as Roku, Bose, and Foster Grant.
In every aspect of media I work in, I aspire to champion cultural specificity and diverse representation for queer Latina girls like me.
